Our Founder, Danielle Freeney, has extensive experience working in a variety of healthcare settings to gain a vast knowledge of "best practices" in revenue cycle management. She has spent the last 20 years honing her skills in physician and mid-level provider based, long-term care, behavioral health, pharmacy, and DME billing.

Compass Billing Associates is committed to protecting the data collected pertaining to our users. This policy details the collection, use, and protection of personal information we receive from site visitors. By entering our website you consent to our use of cookies as pertaining to the terms of this. Compass Billing Associates collects the minimum amount of personally identifiable information necessary to improve our site and the service we provide. Data we collect includes any or all of the information you provide while using our website and/or services.Use of Compass Billing Associates may use the personal information collected through our site specifically for the purposes detailed in this policy. Personal information that we process for any reasons won’t be kept longer than is necessary for those purposes. We will take reasonable measures to prevent the loss or misuse of your personal information (e.g. encryption).
Fulfillment Policy
The Provider will pay Compass 8% of the gross amount collected from ALL insurance companies and ALL patients as a result of the medical billing and accounts receivable services performed by Compass for Provider with a $600 monthly minimum.

Non-refundable Services: Subscription or service fees for recurring billing and services rendered are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

Conditions for Returns: Since medical billing services are intangible, there is no “return” or "refund" process for services once rendered.

Should Provider dispute any portion of the monthly invoice, Provider must notify Compass within ten (10) days of the date of invoice. Failure to notify Compass within this time-frame shall be deemed
acceptance to pay Compass in full for the invoice. Payment of invoice shall also be deemed as acceptance of charges. -
Either party may terminate their Service Agreement at any time by providing a 90 day written notice to the other party.
